In April, my son's school had an online auction to support the school. I donated my time to make an Alyce Scarf in the recipient's choice of color. The Alyce Scarf is an asymmetrical scarf, featuring a pattern of repeated garter stitch and edged along one side with eyelet lace. It is knit starting at one corner, gradually increasing to end at the short side.

The recipient chose a gorgeous colorway called Dragon's Breath that began with a lemony yellow, working its way through juicy oranges, and ending in a warm, comforting plum. I love how the gradient yarn is bright and bold. I hope the recipient enjoys wearing her scarf as I did making it!
